How do I sign up for Persado Academy? 

You can sign up for Persado Academy by entering your business email address and name. You will also set a password for login.

How do I sign into Persado Academy? 

Visit the Academy any time at https://academy.persado.com/. You can then sign in with your business email address and password.

How do I change my password? 

After logging in, click your profile icon in the upper righthand corner and then click ‘My Profile.’ From here, you can set a new password, add a profile picture, and see your registration history. 

What if I forget my password?

On the sign in page, please click ‘Forgot Password?’ Then, enter your business email address so we can send you a password reset link.

What is Persado Academy about?

Persado Academy is Persado’s official self-service learning platform. Its goals are to enable our customers on best practices for using our products and services, and to build thought leadership around marketing AI.

What types of materials are on the Persado Academy website? 

• Video Courses - On-demand education of key Persado topics and themes, like Experiments and Variants
• Documentation - Written materials on a variety of topics for you to learn at your own pace
• Learning Paths - Curated courses and supporting materials to help you master particular subjects
• Final Exams and Certifications - Summative quizzes following learning paths that, when successfully passed, result in certifications you can share on social media.

How do I know which learning path to complete? 

Our current learning paths have been tailored to each type of Enterprise customer. 

• Onboarding Learning Path - This learning path is designed for new users of Persado Portal. Whether you're leveraging Predictive Content, Experiments, or both, this path will get you up to speed on how to complete a campaign with Persado.
• Portal Learning Path - If you'd like a deeper understanding of Persado's key methodologies, such as how we create Variants and leverage the Wheel of Emotions, this learning path is perfect for you.
